Clepsydre Communication is a communication agency set up by Louis Grippa, an expert with 30 years' experience in managing the communications of public institutions.
A wealth of experience in managing institutional communications
Louis Grippa has been working in institutional communications since 1984.
In this capacity he has managed a large number of major projects at all governmental levels and dealt with communicating topics of public interest such as the economy, employment, the environment, road safety, health, child abuse, public works or redevelopment.
Particular experience in environment-related communications
Looking at our references, you will see that we are specialised in environment-related communications.
Louis Grippa was also in charge of launching several CVET modules focused on environmental communications for IHECS, the Brussels School of Journalism and Communication.
Effective results-oriented communication
Through its experience and flexibility in managing communication campaigns, Clepsydre Communication makes a point of varying the instruments and angles of attack used, combining several levels of communication in any one campaign: a general catch phrase, more targeted information, practical tips, etc.
Clepsydre Communication is also proactive when it comes to new communication trends: use of the Internet, social media, etc.
Clepsydre Communication attaches great importance to ensuring the comprehensive reporting of all measures taken.
In this respect, we use a variety of success indicators in line with the measure taken.
A wide variety of communication skills
Looking back on his career, Louis Grippa has had to work as a company head and manager, as a customer and account manager, as a communication strategy analyst and consultant, and as a designer/editor. He has similarly worked in conventional "advertising" campaigns and in event management, as well as in the design and implementation of websites.
